This Earnings and Results Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to all marketing, advertising, sales

presentations, videos, websites, landing pages, emails, social media content, and other

promotional materials published by or on behalf of The Alpha Club Inc. (the "Company"). It

operates alongside our Terms of Service, Refund and Return Policy, and, for mentorship clients,

the signed Mentorship Agreement. By engaging with our content or purchasing our services, you

acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer.

2. No Guarantee of Income or Results

The Company does not guarantee any specific income, profit, return, or financial outcome from

our products, services, education, or community. Nothing in our marketing or services is a promise

or guarantee that you will earn money or achieve any particular result. Any conditional refund or

money-back guarantee we offer (such as the mentorship guarantee) is a refund offer governed by

its own written terms, and is not a guarantee of trading performance, income, or profitability.

3. Results Are Not Typical

Any earnings, profits, trading results, or examples shown in our marketing — including

screenshots, on-chain results, dollar figures, testimonials, and case studies — reflect the individual

experiences of specific people. They are not typical, not average, and should not be taken as what

you can expect to earn. The majority of people who purchase trading education do not achieve the

results shown, and most traders lose money.

examples (including the Trencher Challenge). Hypothetical and simulated results have inherent

the benefit of hindsight, and they do not account for the financial risk, slippage, fees, liquidity, and

emotional pressures of actual trading. Simulated or hypothetical performance does not represent

actual trading and is not a reliable indicator of the results any person would achieve trading with

Cryptocurrency and memecoin trading is highly volatile and speculative. You may lose some or all

of the capital you invest. Risks include market volatility, liquidity events, smart-contract

vulnerabilities, rug pulls, exchange failures, regulatory action, irreversible blockchain transactions,

and loss of private keys. You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

informational purposes only. The Company is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer,
